I think because they are using the unreal engine the texture doesn't load right like 90% of the time... From what I'm told it's a common issue from the unreal engine, and for what ever reason developers that use the unreal engine, don't see it as...

I have a sound issue when the orbital bombardment comes in. Makes my speakers crackle.... and I have my volume WAY LOW, if it were any lower the TV would be muted....

I can attest to this. My guess is that it has somethign to do with the map and the polygons, I've been in certain situations where the map looks like i could crouch under it and go through but can't, or I would get caught by stupid little produdi...

Spawn points in ambush is way to predictable, and it should spawn you near allies, not spawn you next to the entire enemy team were they can kill you before you even can move and spawn. I know EVE is harsh, and dust should be too...but killing you...

bump maping takes a while to kick in, sometimes when spawning or first loading into the map the game stays low res, sometimes for a few seconds sometimes for a minute or 2. Actions don't load right, like running or reloading, you'll hear the sound...
